MEET THE CHEF
Chef Juan Ramon Sobero has dedicated his life to the kitchen for over 14 years. His training began in the upper center of Mediterranean hospitality – Valencia, where his journey started in the prestigious restaurants ‘Alejandro del Toro’ with one star Michelin 2003 and Basque restaurant ‘Leixuri’. Later, he joined Bodegas Vegamar template, as Chef de cuisine.
Anxious to expand his culinary skills to other cuisines he embarked on a journey to Mexico City, where he began to work with the renowned Spanish Chef José Andrés in the J restaurant by Jose Andres. With a desire to spread his delicious recipes around the world, he reached the kitchen at Quisitapas at the Westin Florence, where he consolidated and developed his own style and since then has been unstoppable.
